Six Sigma Virtual LEAN Black Belt Course in Western Cape
2KO Africa's six sigma black belt virtual online instructor led courses (using MS Teams) in Western Cape, are taylor-made for advanced six sigma practitioners. Anyone who would like to enrol for black belt six sigma will need to have completed a green belt course or have many years of project management experience and be good at statistics. Requirements for certification: two online exams (one for each week), plus a project where you are found competent in delivering significant savings or improvements to existing processes. Booking for our black belt six sigma classes is highly recommended. We cover both the Lean and the DMAIC content streams. Virtual black belt courses are held over two non-consecutive weeks (Monday to Friday, full time).
